Cup of Gratitude
The artist has a morning tradition: a cup of tea every morning in her favorite mug. When she’s drinking that first cup of tea, she is calm and focused. Have you ever thought of your morning coffee or tea as a meditation? Try using it as a daily gratitude practice. Every morning, devote that morning cup to something, or someone, that you are thankful for. It may make a bigger difference than you might expect!
